This is a terrific article from Psychology Today on Introverts. Even though in the article we’re called “loners” it does a great job of illustrating the fact that much of the time we’re quite happy to be alone.

Thank you for passing the article along. I do in fact prefer to be alone most of the time but do enjoy exploring and going on adventures. I just wish people would quit telling me I need to talk more.
yes it is annoying that “we” are the ones who need to change in order to “fit in”
